ALPINE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WZZM) -- The man accused of taking photos up shoppers' skirts at the Alpine Ave. Walmart late last month was in court Wednesday.

An alert shopper says she discovered the suspect was taking pictures after he approached her in the store and stood rather close to her.

Richard Taylor, 34, is charged with capturing images of an unclothed person, a five-year felony. He was also charged with using a computer (cell phone) to commit a crime, which is a seven-year felony.

He waived his preliminary hearing and was bound over to circuit court.
