GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM) -- Police are investigating an overnight crash involving two of their officers.
It happened around 12 a.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Caldonia Street and Taylor Avenue on the city's northeast side.
The officers were in police cruisers, headed to backup police on another call. The officer in the lead car thought he spotted something suspicious, and tried to make a U-turn. The officer behind him ran into his cruiser.
No one was injured, and authorities say no civilians were involved.
