MUSKEGON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WZZM) - The man accused of using his gun to threaten a teen at Wesley Park Tuesday night has been arrested.
Harvey Wagner Jr., 50, was taken into custody Thursday. An arrest warrant issued Wednesday charges Wagner with assault with a dangerous weapon and felony firearm.
Witnesses say Wagner pulled a gun on a boy who had been in a fight with his son.
Police say it happened Tuesday night around 6:30 pm at Wesley park on the corner of Marquette and East Street. They say a group of kids ranging in age from 12 to 16 including Wagner's son were fighting at the park. After the fight, Wagner's son went home. Police say Wagner went to the park with a handgun. There they say he drew the gun and threatened the boy involved in the fight.
Little League games are played at Wesley park, but police say this incident had nothing to do with a game.
