Heavy, wet snow will move across the area starting Friday morning. Most areas will see between one and two inches of snow through the afternoon.
Some areas south of I-96 could see a brief period of freezing drizzle. However, everyone in West Michigan will climb above freezing this afternoon as road conditions gradually improve.
There will be some precipitation wrapping around the storm system Friday night and Saturday. However, most precipitation that does fall in this timeframe will be isolated and light.
