Step 2:
Launch the application. Have your webcam plugged in, switched on and allow flash to access it.
(You may be asked to download a plug-in, but you will only need to do this once.)
Step 3:
Hold the image that you printed up to your webcam and experience the WZZM13 Weatherball in 3D!
(You might need to hold the image close to the webcam initially so that it fills the screen.).
