Congressman Bill Huizenga has officially put his name on the ballot seeking re-election.
In a statement released on Tuesday, March 6 -- Huizenga thanked those who have encouraged him and contributed to his campaign.
In the last 15 months, Huizenga has been part of forming the Tax Cuts and Jobs Acts, as well as voting to ban elective late-term abortions after 20 weeks. Additionally, Huizenga voted to increase support for health centers that promote women's health and "respect life," while simultaneously voting to defund organizations that fail to "value the gift of life."
