First and foremost, I am a Michigander. I have lived here all my life and never really plan on ever moving away. Born in Detroit and raised in the suburbs, I graduated high school to go on to Central Michigan University before beginning my broadcasting career in Northern Michigan at 9&10 News. I have lived in the big city and the small rural communities but now I am more than excited to live and work in Grand Rapids, finding out everything West Michigan has to offer. I love experiencing all four seasons and don't really mind the winters.

I love sports, craft beer, reading, running, meeting new people and traveling. I am excited to anchor sports for WZZM on the weekends and capture the excitement of the Griffins, Whitecaps, Drive and the dozens of college and high school sports in the area.

As I said, I was born in Detroit but went to high school in South Lyon. I am always looking for new people to talk about sports with. I am an avid Lions, Tigers, Red Wings and Michigan fan. Get me started in a debate and good luck stopping me.

If you ever have an idea for a story or maybe tell me something I can't miss in the area, please feel free to e-mail me at
