EASTOWN BIZARRE BAZAAR! - Saturday, June 23, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Eastown Bizarre Bazaar features local artists, potters, sculptors, and jewelry designers in the heart of Eastown. This event is hosted by the Eastown Community Association and the Eastown Business Association to celebrate art, entertainment, and the unique Eastown culture with more than 80 local artists and craftspeople with bands performing throughout the day.

We love our community and are excited to kick off our 4th Summer of Yoga on the Ship! Our popular donation based yoga class, designed for all levels, is held on the deck of the LST 393, located in the Mart Dock. We will be hosting this class every Sunday for the rest of summer! COMICS CAMP WITH ANNE & JERZY DROZD – GRAND RAPIDS - Saturday, June 23, 1 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
To mark the release of their graphic novel Science Comics: Rockets, Anne & Jerzy Drozd will be joining us in Grand Rapids to host a FREE hands-on comic-making workshop as well as signing copies of their new book! Learn to draw your very own comic in this class geared towards ages 8 - 14.
Science Comics: Rockets explores the 2,000 years that rockets have been in existence. Dive into Newton’s Laws of Motion—learning all about gravity, force, acceleration, and the history of rockets made in the past and rockets to be made in the future! FREE EVENT! Sign up today to reserve your seat! This event is presented by Vault of Midnight and the GR Creative Youth Center. Two separate seatings are available at the Wealthy Theatre Front Studio from 1 - 2:30 p.m. and 3 - 4:30 p.m. It’s totally free to attend, but space is limited.
