A classic fairy tale story is coming to life with the help of the West Michigan Youth Ballet.

"Sleeping Beauty" is taking the stage at The Richard and Helen Devos Center for Arts and Worship.

Sleeping Beauty has been choreographed and staged by choreographers Laura Berman and WMYB Artistic Director Stephen Sanford. Both Berman and Sanford have performed with world renowned companies for a combined 40 years of experience.

They have independently taught and choreographed for companies and schools both in Michigan and abroad, inspiring young dancers with a love of ballet to perform full length performances, enriching their dance experience while sustaining the arts in our local communities.
