Celebrating Apollo 11 anniversary with a moon story time

Hear the history and formation of the moon from the moon itself.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Learn something new this weekend from an unlikely source.

In honor of the Moon Landing's anniversary, Barnes and Noble locations all over the nation are hosting special moon themed story times and events. Because, there's no better way to learn about the history and formation of the moon than from the moon itself!

The book "Moon! Earth's Best Friend" by Stacy McAnulty will be read at the story time. But there's tons of interesting puzzles, books and more for all age groups to celebrate and learn.

If you're interested in going, it's happened on Saturday, July 20 at 11 a.m. at the Rivertown Crossing location. Find all the details right here.
