'Holy Smokes BBQ Competition' coming to Muskegon

It's your chance to try a variety of BBQ entries from local restaurants.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Barbecue lovers rejoice! Next weekend you'll get the chance to get your hands on a variety of barbecue from local restaurants.

The Holy Smokes BBQ Competition will be held on Saturday, May 11 in downtown Muskegon. Guests will be able to taste and vote for a variety of BBQ entries from local restaurants. They will also enjoy craft brews, play yard games, and experience live entertainment.  

The event runs from 1 until 4 p.m. at the Pigeon Hill Brewing Production Facility located at 895 Fourth Street in Muskegon. Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 at the door.
