Chef Tommy's Gravy (red sauce/marinara)

  • 16oz can of tomato sauce
  • 16oz can of diced petite tomatoes
  • 16oz can of tomato puree
  • 4oz can of tomato paste
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
  • 1 bunch fresh chopped parsley
  • ΒΌ cup fresh chopped garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon kosher salt

Place all ingredients in large pot, simmer for at least 2 hours.
