Each chili must include a Michigan craft beer as an ingredient in order to qualify. Chili sampling tickets will be sold to the public on-site day of the event for $0.50 each. A portion of the tasting ticket sales will benefit Melanoma skin cancer research through Michigan State University’s Gran Fondo—a non-competitive cycling event that takes place throughout downtown Grand Rapids and West Michigan on June 23, 2018.
