GRAND RAPIDS, Mich - West Grand Rapids' biggest family festival is back for the 27th year. Sponsored by Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish, WestFest 2018 features a carnival with plenty of rides and attractions.
This year, WestFest is adding food trucks, ethnic dancers and a beer and wine tent serving selections from the local New Holland and Mitten breweries.
It's happening at John Ball Park and the campus of Sacred Heart. The festival begins on Thursday May 17 at 5 p.m. and continues through Sunday May 20 at 6 p.m.
