Byron Center Meats will be having a S'Pig'Tacular Pork sale where they will be offering their all natural, local Michigan pork. Custom cut and vacuum sealed for your family in cuts you choose.
Price is based on hanging weight before processing. Smoking, grinding, linking and slicing are not included in listed price.
Expect approximately 65-70% yield on finished pork depending on your cut choices. If you’ve ordered before, reorder online at byroncentermeats.com.
If this is your first time, Byron Center Meats would love to walk you through your options, so call us at 616-878-1578. Please call 616-878-1578 with your deposit of $100 that is required on a whole pig and $50 on a half pig.
There is a two to three week lead time. Byron Center Meats will call you when your order is ready. Plan to pick up and pay for your order within 3-4 days.
Approximately 32 meals for a family of 4 in a half pork order including: Chops, steaks, roasts, sausage and more:
- 15-20 lb. either Fresh Ham Steaks and/or Roasts or Smoked Ham Steaks and/or Roasts (Smoking is an additional $.95 / lb.)
- 10 lb. either Fresh Side Pork or Smoked Bacon
- (Smoking is an additional $.95 / lb. on bacon and $.25 / lb. for slicing)
- 3 to 4 lb. of Loin Roast
- 3 to 4 lb. of Shoulder Roast
- 25 Pork Chops (Bone-In or Boneless)
- 10 Pork Steak
- 4 lb. Spare Ribs (or meat can be put into sausage)
- Pork Hocks – Fresh or Smoked (Smoking is an additional $.95 / lb. on hocks or meat can be put into sausage)
- 10 lb. Ground Meat for Sausage (2 Choices Available on a half, 3 Choices on a whole) (Flavors Available Include: Ground Pork, Mild Breakfast, Spicey Breakfast, Italian, Bratwursts & Kielbasa - $1.00 / lb. extra if links or patties are chosen)
