GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The family owned Club Pilates in Breton Village offers more than just low-impact, full-body workouts. Owner Kim Stuk and her two daughters started the Club Pilates Breton Village to give locals an awesome experience to partake in pilates.

Club Pilates Breton Village has a range of class offerings that challenge your mind as well as your body, Club Pilates provides a path to a richer, more-fulfilling life. 

Pilates is a system of low impact exercises that focuses on your body's core and offers a total body workout that increases strength, flexibility, balance, and improved posture. Pilates creates long, lean muscle throughout the entire body.

Club Pilates main apparatus is the Reformer designed to provide resistance training and offers a variety of classes at varying levels and class formats

 Club Pilates Breton Village offers a 30-minute free intro class for those interested in trying out pilates. If interested you can sign-up for a class by calling (616)855-1696. 

Club Pilates is for you no matter your age or fitness level and builds a strong foundation for daily movement. The studio offers small group classes taught by Comprehensively certified Instructors and Club Pilates Breton Village will also start offering teacher training this Fall. 

Club Pilates Breton Village is opening a second location that will be opening at Knapps Crossing in October 2019.
