US-131 FIRE | Northbound US-131 in Grand Rapids is closed after two crashes and a fire. The fire has been put out, but officials still have the road closed. No word on any injuries yet. 

SLUSHIE INCIDENT | A man was banned from a Wesco in Muskegon after a video shared to Facebook showed him putting his mouth on the machine. The company said police have been contacted to see what should be done next. 

PUPPY SCAM | Attorney General Dana Nessel said Monday that her office has seen a surge in complaints about puppy scams during the COVID-19 pandemic. Scammers are advertising puppies that don't exist and using the pandemic as a reason to avoid in-person visits or to demand an additional fees. 

TIGERS' OPENING DAY | The Detroit Tigers lost to the Kansas City Royals 14-6 in a fan-free home opener at Comerica Park on Monday. 

BANKS THE KITTEN | A small kitten appeared in a Fremont bank's drive-thru lane after an SUV pulled away. Two boys waiting in line grabbed the cat, saving him from danger, and named him "Banks." Now, they're looking for his owners or the perfect forever home for him.
