GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Growing your own food is a trend that has many people learning more about gardening and trying to eat healthier. But what happens after you grown the vegetables? What kinds of things can you make with the things you have grown?

Maaike Baker, the Community Engagement Manager for Urban Roots in Grand Rapids stopped by the station with a suggestion. She shares some ideas for what you can do with an early July harvest form your own backyard, or a neighborhood garden plot.
