Red's at Thousand Oaks' Sundried Tomato Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1 cup sun dried tomatoes
- 1 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 2 TB whole Grain mustard
- 1 lemon juiced
- 2 ½ cup oil
- 2 TB Sugar
- Salt to Taste
1. Add tomatoes, vinegar, mustard, lemon juice, and sugar into Vitamix and puree until smooth.
2. Slowly emulsify with oil.
3. Season to Taste.
