GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Soon enough it will be the new year, and for many people, time to take on new goals.
Today, we brought Andrea Hop, BS, MA, Certified Health Coach at Grand Rapids Natural Health on to share tips on how to master the art of meal planning and food preparation through the winter months.
