COMSTOCK PARK, Mich. - It's been a West Michigan tradition for more than two decades -- and, if you haven't seen it yet, you might want to do it soon.

The "Christmas Lite Show" at Fifth Third Ball Park features more than one million Christmas lights and is quite the spectacle! On select evenings, you can also stop at the Santa house to give the big man your child's wish list.

The family-oriented event was started by Bill Schrader 21 years ago.

Having served 28 years in the Army, Schrader is a supporter of the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans and contributes a portion of the light show proceeds each year.

The display is open from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. every day through Dec. 31. Santa House hours are 6 to 9 p.m. Nov. 30 through Dec. 2, Dec. 7 through 9 and Dec. 14 through 23.
