One Good Thing: Muskegon Junior Jacks offering a season of hockey lessons for $20.18

The Muskegon Junior Jacks hockey program is making sure hockey really is for everyone.

MUSKEGON, Mich. - Live in the Muskegon area? Have a little one who wants to learn to skate and play hockey? It's really affordable right now.

For anyone who signs up for the Muskegon Junior Jacks Learn to Skate or Mini-Mite hockey today through July 31, it's just $20.18. A full season for 20 bucks. Your child will skate twice a week and get instruction from former pro hockey players, Olympic players and Muskegon Lumberjacks. And, if you don't have any gear, they've got some on hand to help you out there too.

Their Facebook page didn't say how they came up with the money to cover this. But, I'm sure there was some work involved. And remember: you need to sign up by July 31 for the discount. For making sure that hockey is for everyone—and affordable—the Muskegon Junior Jacks get today's One Good Thing.
