KENTWOOD, Mich — Today's One Good Thing is an excuse for people in one local community to get together and have some good food.
The "Taste of Kentwood" took place not too long ago. If you've never been to one of these events, it's a great excuse to get to know some of the people and businesses in your community. For this one in Kentwood, they had 15 different restaurants that brought food to sample. They also had a DJ providing music. And - as you can see from these photos - there were dozens, if not hundreds, of people who attended.
On their Facebook page, Taste of Kentwood lists several organizations that made the event possible. I can't name them all here. But to everyone who took part - you get one good thing. Those "Taste of" nights are always a good time.
