One Good Thing: Troop 3800 Honored

The local Girl Scout Troop was recently honored by the Muskegon County Commission for the good work they do.

MUSKEGON, Mich. - We're doing a One Good Thing follow-up. A local girl scout troop was recently honored for the good work they've done.

Troop 3800 out of Egelston township got a proclamation from Muskegon County Commissioners last week. I highlighted them a few months ago for their Hometown Heroes campaign. They handed out more than 500 boxes of cookies, honoring 45 people in their area they consider to be every day heroes. Then, they made a video challenging their community to continuing honoring and supporting the people who make their hometowns great.

Really happy to see Muskegon County recognize these girls for their good work. Troop 3800 gets today's One Good Thing one more time.
