Health survey could help improve services in Muskegon and Oceana Counties

You have until June 29 to fill out the survey.

If you live in Muskegon or Oceana counties, there is an important survey Mercy Health is urging you to fill out.

It's called the Community Health Needs Assessment. The CHNA is a federally required statute for non-profit hospitals and must be conducted every three years.

"We depend on the information gathered from our CHNA process to guide our work in terms of programs and services that are needed to support the individuals and families in the communities we serve," said Stevi Riel, Executive Director of the Health Project. "We want as many people as possible to voice their opinions and help us truly understand what we can do to make the community stronger."

You have until June 29 to fill out the survey. You can find a link on Mercy Health's website or you can visit any Mercy Health location in person.
