A Muskegon woman and her wellness spa business have claimed the grand prize of the 321 Go! retail pitch competition.
Jodi McClain and her East of Eden Wellness Spa have won business services valued at more than $15,000 and six months free rent in Midtown. The prize package also comes with legal, accounting, marketing, architectural and design services.
According to a press release, McClain is a veteran message therapist and wants to expand her practice to a destination wellness business offering floatation and dry salt therapy along with messages.
Judges said McClain’s pitch was a unique service not found in Muskegon from a businesswoman who is experienced and passionate with a researched business plan.
