The trial for a man accused of running over and killing a woman on a charity bike ride last year starts later this month.
Ronnie Jo Claflin is charged with failure to stop at the scene of an accident causing death -- a felony punishable by up to 15 years in state prison.
The Muskegon Township man's trial is scheduled to start June 28 in Muskegon County Circuit Court.

Police believe Claflin was the driver who hit and killed Susan Cummings, of Lake Orion, on Aug. 8. She was taking part in a 146 mile charity bike ride.
Claflin turned himself in to police on Aug. 27 after hiring a Detroit area attorney to represent him.
A "ghost bike" remains at the scene of the crash on Fruitvale Road, north of Montague.
