Update: The victim has been identified as 19-year-old Angel Armando DeLeon, of Grand Rapids.
Police say a man of an unknown age was shot and killed on Tuesday evening.
Officers were called to the 2100 block of St. Charles SW, at approximately 7 p.m., on a report of shots fired and then additional calls indicating a male subject was shot.
The victim was pronounced dead on scene.
There is a heavy police in the area at this time. No suspect information is available, yet.
