JENISON, Mich. - Detectives at the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office are investigating a recent break-in of a Jenison cellphone store.
The incident occurred around 4:30 a.m. Tuesday morning at a Metro T-Mobile store on Baldwin Street in Georgetown Township.
According to the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office, the suspect broke a rear glass door, entered the building and stole phones and iPads. It is unknown where the suspect went after committing the crime.
This is the 8th incident in Ottawa County alone since October 2018, and OSCO believes several recent crimes are related.
Total losses in Ottawa County crimes exceed $40,000 alone.
