Three West Michigan men arrested for child porn

All three were arrested individually in July and August.

Michigan State Police arrested and arraigned three West Michigan men for possessing and distributing child porn.

Adrian James Batt, 48, of Hudsonville was arrested on July 26 following an undercover investigation into his online activity. He was arraigned on two counts of child sexually abusive material and using a computer to commit a crime.

Keith William Mahan, 44 of Muskegon, was arrested after a search warrant was conducted Aug. 22 at his home in Montague. Mahan has been arraigned on two counts of child sexually abusive material and using a computer to commit a crime.

Wallace Matthew Slatinsky, 47 of Grand Rapids, was arrested on Aug. 23 after a search warrant was executed and his home. Slatinsky has also been arraigned on two counts of child sexually abusive material and using a computer to commit a crime. The 47-year-old was also charged with child sexually abusive activity.

The Michigan State Police Computer Crimes Unit encourages parents to talk to their children about safe internet usage.
