It's the time of year "foodies" all over West Michigan look forward to. Food Trucks are finally hitting the streets. The annual Roll'N Out Food Truck Festival is just days away. Joseff VanHorn, executive chef of YoChef Gourmet Food Truck will be among 30 food trucks at the event.
"It's great. All these people are so enthusiastic about food. Everyone wants something different on the scene. We are bringing big city life to Grand Rapids," says VanHorn. "There is going to be vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options.
The Roll'N Out Food Truck Rally kicks off Saturday, May 18th. It runs from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m., rain or shine, at Heartside Park. There will be up to 30 food trucks as well as live entertainment.
