GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - They are popping up all over the country -- places where you can learn to throw an axe and have fun while doing it. Target Axe Throwing is the first axe throwing range in Grand Rapids.
The business has opened on Plainfield Avenue in the northern part of the city. It's open Thursday through Sunday and shares an entrance with Escape Michigan. The company recommends you get reservations to make sure you always have access to a throwing lane. Each lane has its own safety fencing, a target and an axe for you to utilize.
