Police in Kentwood are searching for a suspect after two officers were assaulted Thursday afternoon.
Police identified the suspect on Friday as Harry Buchanan, 24.
Around 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, officers were called to a domestic call at Countryside Townhouses when the incident occurred. The suspect fled on foot. Police were searching for the suspect in the area of 48th Street near Eastern Avenue SE.
The two officers were taken to the hospital and they have since been released.
