LANSING, Mich. — Medical marijuana products sold by companies in Detroit and Kalamazoo are being recalled because they failed laboratory testing, according to the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA).

Batches of flower sold at Compassionate Care by Design in Kalamazoo between Dec. 12-29, 2018 are being recalled for failed chemical residue.

Similarly batches of flower sold from The Green Mile Detroit between Dec. 18, 2018 through Jan. 3 are also being recalled.

LARA advises customers who purchased the affected marijuana products should return them to Compassionate Care by Design or The Green Mile Detroit for proper disposal.
