BAINBRIDGE TOWNSHIP, Mich. - A 55-year-old man was injured in Berrien County as he was cutting down a large tree on Sunday around 3 p.m.
The Berrien County Sheriff's Office said that the man was harnessed to the tree on Meadowbrook Road when a limb "inadvertently swung," hitting him.
The man was freed from the harness and appears to have broken two femur bones and has a broken arm. He was airlifted to the hospital with what police say are non-life threatening injuries.
