MUSKEGON, Mich. - Two Muskegon men were arrested by the Michigan State Police after undercover investigations of their online activity found exploitation of minor children.

Andrew Paul Cooke, 34, was arraigned on May 6 for distributing and possessing sexually abusive material of children, using a computer to commit a crime and 2nd-degree criminal sexual conduct.

Mark Allen Whitlow, 57, was arraigned on May 10 with three counts of distributing sexually abusive material of children and one count of using a computer to commit a crime.

MSP was assisted by the Fruitport Police Department in executing a search warrant at Cooke's place of employment and residence.
