GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — It's El Caribe's first summer on the Grand Rapids food truck scene.
Gilma DeLaCruz, the owner, stopped by to talk about the Caribbean food they offer.
The food truck brings authentic street food from Puerto Rico, Cuba and the Dominican Republic, to Grand Rapids.
They are even creating new menu items for the upcoming season.
DeLaCruz said they love to share their heritage with the community through their food.
