This year's Muskegon Big Reds squad gets to play the final game of the year, the night cap Saturday at Ford Field as they take on Farmington Hills Harrison in the Division 3 state title game.

This is Muskegon's 5th state title game in the last 6 years...the Big Reds haven't won any of them but this year's team has already reached higher heights than the others, averaging 53 points a game on offense and just six on defense.

For the first time ever, the Big Reds will face Farmington Hills Harrison, the east side powerhouse with 13 state titles and 18 total title game appearances.

Muskegon practiced at Grand Valley State this week indoors to prepare but this deep in the season, the groundwork has been laid and Saturday is all that matters.
