Lowell hosts their annual Pink Arrow football game

The Pink Arrow games raise money for charities that fight cancer.

LOWELL, Mich. - Lowell High School is hosting their annual Pink Arrow football game on Thursday night to raise money for charities that fight cancer.

At this year's game, Lowell will be playing Rockford.

The Pink Arrow games started in 2008, when the football team played their first game in pink jerseys for a crowd who was also mostly wearing pink.

The first year, the Pink Arrow game raised $93,000 for charity.
