HOWARD CITY, Mich. - Tri-County's Julia Bice is this week's Meijer Scholar Athlete of the Week and she finished her career as a Viking and will now turn towards playing golf for Central Michigan this fall.
Bice has done a lot in her four years at Tri-County, she played basketball, softball, manages the soccer team and plays in the marching band on top of being a top golfer in the state.
Almost everything was derailed midway through her junior year when she tore her ACL, MCL and meniscus but she was able to heal up before golf season, lock down her offer from the Chippewas and learn to push through whatever is thrown at you and still succeed.
