A night of baseball can help local child welfare programs

Each year, Catholic Charities of West Michigan invites some members of the media to play a ball game. The big event is called "Let's Go To Bat For Kids". The CCWM Padres almost always win, but the whole thing is a fundraiser for the child welfare programs of CCWM. Those programs work to help people in the West Michigan community.
