GRPD release two videos of 'forceful' arrests
The Grand Rapids Police Department releases the body and dash camera footage of two recent traffic stops where use of force is under question. Due to the number of hours of video (over 10 hours between the officers and cruisers at both scenes), GRPD provided a edited down version that showed the "best angles to provide an overview of the arrests."
