DETROIT — Talk about raining on the parade! The Detroit Tigers have postponed Opening Day due to inclement weather.

The Tigers will now face the Pittsburgh Pirates on Friday, March 30, at 1:10 p.m.

All paid tickets from today’s game are valid for entry on Friday, or can be exchanged for any game in the next 12 months.

Both teams are expected to start the same lineup, including Jordan Zimmermann at the mound for the Tigers and Jameson Taillon at the mound for the Pirates.
