Allegan Co. education administrator resigns after CSC charges

Jonathan Garcia, 34, worked at the Hillside Learning and Behavior Center in Allegan as well as the Young Adult Campus in Otsego, and the Sensory Program in Martin.

ALLEGAN, Mich. (WZZM) -- An administrator at an Allegan County learning center has resigned after being accused of sexually assaulting two staff members.

Jonathan Garcia, 34, worked at the Hillside Learning and Behavior Center in Allegan as well as the Young Adult Campus in Otsego, and the Sensory Program in Martin.

Garcia faces several counts of criminal sexual conduct.

It's alleged he inappropriately touched his victims. Authorities say children were not involved in any way.

Two former administrators will help out at the schools until a permanent replacement is named in the spring.
