FRUITPORT, Mich. — A&G Realty Partners will sell former Younkers locations near Muskegon and Grand Rapids on Monday, Jan. 28.
The listings appear on the company's web-site. The auction includes eight other big box retail locations in Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Iowa.
The properties Younkers, Carson Pirie Scott, Bergner's, Bon-Ton, and Herberger's locations.
The property auctions is the result of a bankruptcy filing by parent company Bon-Ton.
The Lakes Mall Younkers store closed in 2018.
