GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Member presale began on Saturday at 9 a.m. for the annual Fifth Third Bank Summer Concerts at Meijer Gardens

Artists like Leslie Odom, Jr., Boyz II Men, Jason Mraz, O.A.R. and more will be taking the stage each week from June to September. The Grand Rapids Symphony will also be performing.

On Saturday morning, Frederik Meijer Gardens posted to its Facebook page and said there were some difficulties with ticket sales.

According to the post, there was an "extreme surge in demand" for tickets with nonmembers attempting to access the site, leading to high volumes of traffic.

The gardens worked with partners at the ticketing company AXS to relaunch the sale and tickets became available for members only.

Those in the waiting room for tickets received a new link to purchase them.

The update to the process now requires you to select one concert and complete checkout. If you want tickets to more than one concert, you need to repeat the process.

The public sale for the tickets begins on Saturday, April 27, at 9 a.m.
