The story of Austin Hatch has had some tremendously emotional turns.

His latest? The wedding ceremony for him and Abby Cole.

Hatch, the former Michigan basketball recruit who survived two plane crashes, the second of which killed his father and stepmother and was nine days after he accepted a scholarship to U-M, was a part of the team's Senior Night though his injuries permanently derailed his playing career.

But his time in Ann Arbor not only allowed him to earn a degree that turned into a job at Domino's corporate office. He also met his future wife, former U-M volleyball player Abby Cole.

A two-sport star at Grand Haven, Cole played volleyball from 2013-16. Last year, Hatch popped the question and Cole said yes.

On June 16 in Petoskey – at least according to their theknot.com page – Hatch and Cole held their ceremony. And on Saturday, Derek Postma posted their 9-minute wedding video.

What a moving story. Enjoy:
