GRAND RAPIDS, Mich — New Hotel Mertens on Oakes Street continues to expand its offerings in the historic French-style restaurant. Next up is a bakery with delivery options.
French breads and pastries will be on the bakery menu, as well as coffee, espresso and tea. There will also be a mini-French gift and ingredient market.
Catering and delivery will both be offered starting in May. The bakery is already open.
