With New Years comes parties and celebration. Gray Skies Distillery joined 13 ON YOUR SIDE to show us some simple and delicious celebratory drinks to ring in 2019.
"Not Your Papa's Cocoa"
Ingredients:
- 1oz Gray Skies Coffee Liqueur
- 1oz Gray Skies Bourbon
- Hot cocoa mix
- Hot water
- Whipped cream
- Shaved nutmeg
Directions:
- Mix in mug: Gray Skies Coffee Liqueur, Gray Skies Bourbon, hot cocoa mix (per instructions) and stir until combined
- Add hot water and stir
- Top with whipped cream and shaved nutmeg
"French 75"
Ingredients:
- 1.5oz Gray Skies Barrel Finished Gin
- .75oz fresh lemon juice
- .75oz simple syrup
- 2oz champagne
- 1 Lemon
- Ice
Directions:
- In a mixing tin full of ice pour in Gray Skies Barrel Finished Gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake to combine.
- Strain into coupe or flute glass
- Top with champagne
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel
