3 houses, a vehicle damaged in Kentwood shooting; Police say no victims

Police said no suspects have been arrested, however, there isn't a threat to the public.

KENTWOOD, Mich. — Three houses and a vehicle were damaged in a shooting on Saturday afternoon but there were no victims found, according to the Kentwood Police Department. 

Police said around 3:10 p.m. officers responded to the area of 48th Street and Victoria Avenue for a report of a shooting. 

Officers said once they investigated, they found damage to three houses and a vehicle. However, they didn't find any victims and no injuries were reported. 

The department said no suspects have been arrested, however, there isn't a threat to the public. 

The shooting is still under investigation by the Kentwood Police Department.
